Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA)

Greater Waterbury Health Improvement Partnership

As part of our commitment to the community, in 2012 Saint Mary’s Hospital joined an exceptional team of community leaders to form the Greater Waterbury Health Improvement Partnership. This group commissioned an extensive study of the health needs and priorities of Waterbury and surrounding towns. With the creation of the group the 2013 Community Health Needs Assessment was completed and can be found below. In 2016, Saint Mary's conducted an additional study of the health needs and priorities for area residents. The results of the 2016 Community Health Needs Assessment are posted here. We welcome your comments and feedback regarding this report; please email our Community Benefit Ministry Officer.
