Ideas we are developing here are being used throughout the state and country by other institutions,” Dr. Corvo said.

Board certified in surgery and critical care medicine, Dr. Corvo is an accomplished general and laparoscopic surgeon and is certified in robotic-assisted surgery. He is a proctor for Intuitive, the maker of the da Vinci robotic assisted surgical system, and was the first surgeon in New England to perform single-incision robotic gallbladder surgery.
