Saint Mary’s Spirit of Women Network Presents “Fight Fatigue”

Strategies to Combat Symptoms of Menopause

WATERBURY, Conn. (August 15, 2016) ─ Are you tired of fighting? Hormone fluctuations, night sweats, weight gain and mood changes affect many women who are in, or approaching, menopause. It’s no wonder women are so tired! If you are ready to arm yourself with the information you need to get the most out of this challenging—but also vibrant—time of your life, join Saint Mary’s Hospital’s panel of multidisciplinary medical experts for “Fight Fatigue,” a fun, free and interactive program with a focus on nurturing a healthy mind, body and spirit during perimenopause and menopause.

fight fatigue artSponsored by Saint Mary’s Spirit of Women network, the program will be presented at La Bella Vista, 380 Farmwood Rd., Waterbury on Thursday, September 15 starting at 5 p.m. with registration, fun and interactive information and dinner. The panel discussion will be held from 6:30 to 8 pm and includes a question and answer session with the experts.
