Nutritional Counseling Series Focuses on Diabetes

WATERBURY, Conn. (October 14, 2016) ─ Saint Mary’s Outpatient Nutritional Counseling Service is offering a free series of classes to help patient learn how to manage diabetes and reduce their associated health risks. The first session will be held on Monday, October 17 from 6 to 7 pm at Saint Mary’s Hospital, 56 Franklin St., Waterbury. Additional classes are scheduled for Monday, November 21 and Monday, December 19. To register for classes, or to sign up for an individual diabetes counseling session, please call 203- 709-3791.
