Saint Mary’s Sleep Disorders Center is conveniently located at 1312 West Main St., Waterbury. There is plenty of free parking available just steps from our front door, which is to the LEFT of the main entrance of the building.

From I-84 West
Take exit 18 for West Main Street/Highland Avenue
Bear left on the exit for West Main Street.
At the traffic light, turn LEFT.
Turn right immediately into the parking lot of 1312 West Main St.

From I-84 East
Take exit 18 for Chase Parkway.
Bear right until you reach Chase Parkway.
Turn right onto Chase Parkway.
Turn right onto West Main Street.
Turn left into the parking lot of 1312 West Main St.

Route 69 (driving toward Bristol)
Just past Perugini’s restaurant and before the traffic light, turn left into the parking lot of the Robert Podzunas Medical Center at 503 Wolcott Rd.

The sleep lab is located on the lower level of the two-story red-brick building.
