Diagnostic Imaging Services
The Imaging Services Department at Saint Mary’s Hospital provides both inpatient and outpatient services including bone density, CT scan, general radiography, interventional radiology, digital mammography, MRI, nuclear medicine and ultrasound.
We have two CT scan units, including a state-of-the-art 64 slice unit, as well as a digital bone density unit. Our department has a picture archive communication system (PACS), and also utilizes a digital Computed Radiography system.
We are committed to delivering exceptional healthcare services, and we provide our patients and referring physicians with the latest imaging technology available. We have an open, short-bore MRI on our main campus and an additional MRI unit at our Medical Imaging Center, located at 475 Chase Parkway, Waterbury.
