What Can Our Center Do For You?

Our Services

Our center provides help for families of CYSHCN who need specific services. We offer a number of these special services directly through our center. We also work with families by putting them in contact with other trusted service providers. Services that we can offer or help facilitate are:

• Advocacy with and for parents/caregivers
• Family support and training resources
• Preparing for and attending school meetings
• Extended Services - Durable medical equipment, prescription medications and special formulas (based on eligibility and fund availability)
• Working with providers to identify specialists
• Respite, recreation and camp funds (based on eligibility and fund availability)
• Coordinating with insurance providers
• Identification and information regarding clinical and non-clinical community resources
