With an $80,000 grant for pediatric dental outreach from the Connecticut Department of Social Services, Saint Mary’s is improving access to free dental care for children throughout Greater Waterbury. In 2007, Saint Mary’s Dental Health Center recorded more than 7,000 patient visits, caring for newborns to seniors. Care is provided regardless of income status.
