This time of year, many of us pause to reflect on all we have achieved and overcome over the past 12 months. At Saint Mary’s, we will remember 2009 as the year we celebrated our 100th anniversary with our community. It was also a year of great change, due to the economic downturn, the potential for national healthcare reform and changes in healthcare reimbursement that are affecting hospitals and healthcare providers across the country.
