Outpatient Nutritional Services

To help you eat well and be well, Saint Mary’s Hospital is now offering comprehensive nutrition counseling services on an outpatient basis. Our services are designed to improve our patients’ nutritional status, health and well-being.

Nutrition

The goal of each program is to provide personalized recommendations for diet and lifestyle changes. Recommendations will be based on current, progressive medical and therapeutic nutritional practices that may easily be incorporated into daily living.

Registered Dietitian Nancy Gandolfo is available by appointment to provide one-on-one counseling for adults and children. She will also conduct small group sessions and nutrition classes at Saint Mary’s Hospital; both morning and evening sessions are available.
