Our services were designed to improve our client’s nutrition, lifestyle and overall well-being. The goal of the program is to provide personalized recommendations based on the clients needs and lifestyle.
The dietitian can work with you on a variety of topics that include: weight loss, diabetes, high cholesterol, digestive disorders, food allergies, kidney disease, as well as other conditions.
Our registered Dietitian is available for appointments to provide one-on-one nutritional counseling on an individual or a group session basis. She holds both her undergraduate and graduate degree in Nutrition.
The Dietitian Top Five Tips to Feeling Great:
-
Be ready to make change – how ready are you to start making changes to your diet or lifestyle? Make a list of the things you want to improve in your life and rate them by importance; see what you are willing to work on.
-
Don’t be afraid to eat a dessert! It’s okay to enjoy all foods, in moderation of course.
-
Move around a little! Studies say that people that sit more often are at higher risk for obesity and other chronic conditions such as heart disease, so get up, move around, go for a walk
-
Learn from the crayon box - Fill your plate with lots of color and add variety of vegetables and fruits for energy, vitamins and antioxidants
-
Speak to a Dietitian – they are great resources and can provide you with simple ideas to make your lifestyle and diet healthier.
