Our outpatient therapy services include:

    • Aquatic physical therapy: Aquatic therapy provides nonimpact exercise to improve strength, range of motion and balance while reducing pain and stiffness. Our certified aquatic therapists guide you through exercises in a pool.
    • Hand therapy: Our certified hand therapists treat people who are recovering from surgery or injuries to the hand and arm. We provide splints, home exercise programs and techniques to help you with tasks while recovering.
    • Lymphedema program: Lymphedema is fluid buildup in your arms or legs that can occur after injury or surgery. Occupational and physical therapists provide specialized treatment and training for exercises to help relieve pain and swelling.
    • Occupational health: Our occupational health professionals have specialized training to evaluate and treat people who have experienced an injury at work. For more urgent needs, we coordinate care with our orthopedic surgeons.
    • Occupational therapy: Occupational therapists help you regain function after injury or surgery so that you can do your daily activities at home, school or work.
    • Physical therapy: Physical therapists provide hands-on care and training for exercises that reduce pain and help you regain strength, endurance, flexibility and balance after injury or surgery.
    • Vestibular therapy: We design exercise plans to reduce imbalance, dizziness, motion sensitivity and vertigo after injury or surgery.
