Innovative Program to allow Senior Level Nursing
Students enrolled in an accredited RN college program to "shadow" an RN for an entire shift.
Opportunity for Nursing Students to observe:
- Patient teaching
- Medication administration, treatments and procedures
- Problem solving and organization skills in action
